Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui presented letters of promotion to seven senior officers in a ceremony at Police Headquarters on October 11.

Recipients were Senior Assistant Commissioner Spencer Foo Tsun-kong, Assistant Commissioner Ronald Fok Man-kwan, Chief Superintendent Raymond Lau Chi-keung, Senior Superintendent Gavin Brown and Superintendents Terence Fung Wai-kin, Nicholas Cuthbertson and Bruce Hawkins.
