A caring and sympathetic Force

Mr Wu Hon-fai recently sent four appreciation letters to Police expressing his thanks to Superintendent Community Relations Lam Kwai-bun for his generous help to his son, Mr Wu Shu-bun, who has a phobia about Police officers.

In his letters, Mr Wu highly praised SP Lam's efforts in encouraging his son by giving him Police-related souvenirs and meeting him on September 19 in the Police Public Relations Branch office.

"We believed that a casual and face-to-face talk with Shu-bun would help alleviate his phobia about the Force. To enhance his familiarity with the Force, a number of Police souvenirs were also given to him," SP Lam recalled.

"We hope that our efforts would help Shu-bun understand Police officers' roles and duties," SP Lam added.
