Force champs clean up at finals
The finals of the popular Inter-District Tabletennis Competition 2001 were held at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on November 7.
New Territories North Headquarters emerged as Team Event winner from 28 participating teams.
Competition in the Men's Single (Junior) Category was intense with Police Constable Man Siu-kit finally snatching the crown from the other 87 players.
The winners of the Men's Single (Senior) and Women's Single Categories were well-known Force players Sergeant Lau Chun-fung and Woman Police Constable Chan Wai-chong respectively. Senior Assistant Commissioner Louis Lau Chun-sing presented prizes to the winners following the final matches.
