Application: Application forms and details of the competition can be obtained via PEN or from TSROs starting December 5.

Deadline for entries: 5 pm on Friday, February 22, 2002

* All regulars, auxiliaries, civilians and their families of any age are welcome to participate.

* Participants can submit more than one colour photo with the size 8" x 10" and to use 35 mm films. Digital photos, slides and computer touch-up photos will not be accepted. All entries will not be returned.

* The Hong Kong Police Force will be in possession of the copyright of all entries and reserves the right to use the photos, as and when required, for the production of Force and other Government-related publicity materials, exhibitions and other promotional purposes and is not obliged to seek consent from, give credit to or pay the participants.

Collection Point: All photos and entry forms should be submitted during office hours to Police Public Relations Branch, Rooms 401-407, Harcourt House, 4th floor, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai (Attn: Ms Wendy Man / IO PUB (1) / PPRB).

Prizes: The Champion, First runner-up, Second runner-up and 30 Third runners-up will receive the following awards:

Champion: A souvenir and $5,000 worth of photographic equipment or a photographic equipment coupon with the same value

First runner-up: A souvenir and $3,000 worth of photographic equipment or a photographic equipment coupon with the same value

Second runner-up: A souvenir and $1,000 worth of photographic equipment or a photographic equipment coupon with the same value

Third runners-up: An award certificate and 10 rolls of films

Results: Results will be published in "OffBeat" on Wednesday, March 13, 2002. The organiser will inform winners to collect their prizes. All winners are required to attend a presentation ceremony and details of which will be announced later.
