Chinese painting exhibition
November 24, 2001 was an important day for members of the Police Officers' Club's Chinese Painting Class as this was the day they held their first Chinese painting exhibition at the Club.
Over 100 pieces of paintings by teacher Law Bun and his students Lo Ping-chuen, Lee Yee-lin, Kwok Chi-ching, Chan Bit-fan, Chau Hung, Lau Chan Wai-ling, Lau On-kei and Lai Kam-yee were displayed.
The painters were thrilled by the encouraging response to the exhibition. More than 300 visitors came to appreciate the paintings during the two-and-a-half-day exhibition.
