Service level agreement on vehicle maintenance

Deputy Commissioner Management Lee Ming-kwai and Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services Lai Sze-hoi last week jointly signed a Service Level Agreement on Police vehicle maintenance.

The Agreement, covering the period from April 1, 2002 to March 31, 2007, specifies the scope of service, charges and performance targets for the repair and maintenance of the Force's 2,500 vehicles and motorcycles.
