A delegation of Dongguan officials, led by the Vice-Chairman of the Dongguan Commission of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Huang Fa, paid a courtesy call on Acting Commissioner Lau Yuk-kuen at the Police Headquarters recently. The delegation was on an official visit to Hong Kong.
