IPCC visits NTS |

Three members of the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC), Mr Alan Leong Kah-kit, Mr Kwan Chi-ping and Dr Shum Ping-shiu, visited several Police facilities in New Territories South on May 15.
During the visit, they were briefed on the use of various traffic enforcement equipment, including laser camera, radar system and breathalyser. They also observed a demonstration on anti-speeding operation in Tsing Kwai Highway.
The visit was organised by the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch (C&IIB), as part of a programme to enhance IPCC members' understanding of the practical problems faced by frontline officers in carrying out their duties.
Chief Superintendent Traffic, Mr Tang How-kong and CSP (C&IIB), Mr Lee Ka-chiu, accompanied the IPCC members during the visit.
