Acting Permanent Secretary for Security, Mr Timothy Tong Hin-ming, earlier visited Hong Kong Island Regional Command and Control Centre (RCCC HKI) . Accompanied by Regional Commander, Mr Yuen Ying-lam, Mr Tong toured the Centre and was briefed on its function and future development.
