The participants included flat owners, members of the Owners' Incorporations, representatives from property management agencies and three members of Wan Chai District Fight Crime Committee.

Four Force speakers, including Deputy District Commander, Mr Chan Pak-wai, gave an analysis of the situation regarding 'One-woman brothels' in the district before explaining the relevant ordinances and police action against that illicit business.

Participants agreed that the seminar had enriched their understanding of the laws that applied to those brothels and the management techniques to deal with them.
