As part of the University's leadership development programme, the students meet with distinguished leaders in the community to assist them in acquiring the leadersÕ views about the success of Hong Kong and their suggestions on youth development.

During the meeting, Mr Tsang outlined the development of the Force and his vision of service to the community. He also described the changes the Force has gone through in recent years, emphasising that leaders must be ready to face challenges and work with determination.

"People striving to become good and successful leaders must learn to handle difficulties, frustrations, and setbacks with a cheerful, confident equanimity. A balanced and healthy life style is also important," Mr Tsang told them.

There was a most enthusiastic response from the students, who found the gathering beneficial to their development.
