A three-day Fight Crime Student Exchange Camp was earlier organised by Wan Chai District and the Junior Police Call (JPC) Activities Promotion Committee. District Commander Mr Lee Siu-kin and several JPC honorary presidents took 50 students from 13 secondary schools to Puning City, Shantou and Macao.

In Puning they visited a secondary school, a hospital, a drug addiction centre and Shantou University where they introduced lecturers and students to the JPC scheme and Hong Kong education system. In Macao they met members of the Macau Flying Eagle Club and were taken to see riot suppression facilities and police dogs being put through their paces. The general consensus among participants was that it had been an enlightening and enjoyable experience.
