Promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner was Mr Tsang Wai-hung, to Chief Superintendent were Mr Peter Else, Mr Lau Sik-tim, Mr Kevin Woods and Mr Fung Kwok-on. Meanwhile, promotion letters were also handed to Senior Superintendents Mr Au Chi-kwong, Mr Leung Man-kon, Mrs Nichols Tsang Wei-lin, Superintendents Mr Kwan Kim-fai, Mr Tang Ping-keung, Mr Siu Chak-yee and Ms Choi Po-pui.
