At a ceremony on January 29, Commissioner Mr Tsang Yam-pui commended the performance of Superintendents Mr Stephen Handley and Mr Tang Ping-keung for their leadership, professional ability, energy and devotion to duty while working in the Criminal Intelligence Bureau. The pair was praised for their work in the development of the Force's strategy against triads, vice activities and illegal soccer gambling between February 2001 and June 2002.
