The Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Association (HKAPA) was formed in September 2002 and the inauguration of the First Executive Committee is to be celebrated at a cocktail party at the Police Sports & Recreation Club's Yi Yat Hin Restaurant. Invitation cards have been issued to guests. All members are welcome to join the fun on Saturday, March 22 at 3pm.
