The Marine Regional Commander, Mr Cheung Chi-shum, recently presented a cheque for $25,000 to Mr and Mrs Spiers of the Home of Loving Faithfulness, an 'adopted' charity of the Marine Officers Mess, which had raised the money during a charity auction at Christmas. The Home, which opened in 1965, cares for disabled children and adults.
