The second batch of the two new Keka Class Divisional Patrol Launches, PL62 and PL63, are being constructed by Cheoy Lee Shipyards in Zhuhai. Marine Regional Commander, Mr Cheung Chi-shum, and the Marine Department Government Fleet Assistant Director, Mr Kakkattukuzhy Mathai Varghese, officiated at the keel-laying ceremony held in late March.
