Commissioner Mr Tsang Yam-pui awarded a 'Commissioner's Commendation' to Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) Chief Information and Publicity Officer Mr Patrick Wong Wing-kit. He was awarded for his professional ability, leadership, dedication and devotion to duty of an exceptionally high order while serving in PPRB between June 2000 and April 2003. Mr Wong was transferred out of PPRB on May 1.
