The Central Fund for Voluntary Contributions to Spouses/ Dependants of Deceased Junior Police Officers/ Hong Kong Police Force Family Protection Fund for Officers and Civilian Staff warn that they must receive timely 'Notification of Changes in Personal Particulars'. "For the benefit of yourself and your family, members of the above funds are reminded to report the changes (if any) of your personal particulars and that of your beneficiary to the Secretary of the respective Funds," members were told. "Failure in reporting the changes will create unnecessary delay in the disbursement of compensation and even legal implications rendering claim becoming void." Should you wish to update your personal particulars, including the beneficiary, please obtain a copy of the "Notification of Changes in Personal Particulars" (contact Ms Angelina Kong at 2804-1128) then complete it and return to the Secretary of the respective Funds either by mail at Personnel Services Branch, 1st Floor, Dominion Centre, Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or by fax to 2865-4799.
