When former Kowloon West Regional Commander Ms Millie Stradmoor held her last Commanding Officer's Commendation presentation recently, she was taken completely by surprise when staff swung a farewell party on her. From 'presenting' she moved to 'receiving' - a farewell gift from those whose respect and friendship she had earned.
