Deadlines for application are September 15 for Form Six and Seven, September 30 for tertiary levels, compassionate cases and the disability category. Late applications will not be entertained.

Application for scholarships and bursaries should be made on the prescribed form obtainable from Personnel Services Branch Headquarters, Regional Welfare Offices, Offices of Training and Staff Relation Officers, or downloaded from the Personnel Services Branch Website on POINT or Hong Kong Police Internet Homepage. Applications for grants for disabled children and compassionate cases should be made through the respective Regional Welfare Offices.

Completed application forms with supporting documents should be addressed to the Secretariat, PCET and PE&WT, c/o Personnel Services Branch, HK Police Force, 1/F, Dominion Centre, 43-59 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
