Deputy Commissioner (Management) Mr Fung Siu-yuen presented retirement souvenirs to Chief Executive Officer (Establishment & Civilian Staff Relations) Mr Eric Choi Yan-sang at a ceremony held at Police Headquarters on July 11. Mr Fung commended Mr Choi for his professional ability, leadership, dedication and devotion to duty of an exceptionally high order while serving in the Force between September 1999 and July 2003.
