Kowloon City District Commander, Mr Blaine Hoggard, recently hosted a briefing for more than 30 Kowloon City District Council members and Kowloon City District Fight Crime Committee members to further enhance communications between the guests and Police officers. At the briefing, Mr Hoggard described the general crime situation and highlighted the District's operational targets, after which there was a demonstration of Police equipment by the Emergency Unit.
