Countdown for this year's Henry Shield Relay Race
The countdown for this year's Henry Shield Relay Race has commenced. It will be held on Tuesday, October 14, starting at 2.30pm and will be run on the regular 3.7 kilometre country park track round the Aberdeen lower reservoir.
Director of Operations Mr Tang King-shing has kindly consented to be the guest-of-honour.
This race is a team relay with four runners in the male teams and three in the female teams. Last year there were 72 teams and it was Police Tactical Unit that won the day.
