Candidates in this year's PC - SGT Examination are reminded to check their assigned Exam Centre address and Exam Candidate Number. They should arrive at Exam Centre by 10 am on October 19 (i.e. at least 30 minutes before the exam starts). Communication devices, including mobile phones, pagers and computers, are not allowed to be carried into the examination halls. PGO 55-04(4) stipulates that a candidate who shows any symptom of a communicable disease shall not attend an examination but should, instead, immediately seek medical attention. The examination website on POINT provides information on the followings for reference: (i) Instructions to Candidates, (ii) Exam Syllabus, (iii) previous Exam Debriefing Reports, (iv) Examination Preparation and Technique, and (v) System for Awarding Grades. Officers are welcome to visit the website at POINT / Training / Police Exam Debriefing. In order to obtain satisfactory results, candidates should make early preparation and be aware of the relevant examination instructions.
