The PAC athletes won five medals in the event. Railway District Police Constable, Mr Lai Hok-yan won the Silver Medal in the "Open-Category"' Race. Police Training School Station Sergeant Mr Siu Yiu-hung netted the Bronze Medal in the "Senior-Category" Race while Senior Police Constable Mr Ko Fuk-ming of Central District also won the Bronze Medal in the "Veteran-Category". Meanwhile, Ms Li Yin-ping, a civilian attached to PTS, won the Bronze Medal at the "Senior Group" Race. Commercial Crime Bureau Woman Sergeant, Ms Lau Fung-ming won the Gold Medal in "Veteran Category".

Led by Mr Chau Kwok-leung, the athletes of the Marathon Company participated in 10 km Race "Lok Wah Cup" at Ma On Shan on September 28. The athletes won seven more medals. At last, Mr Lai Hok-yan won the Bronze Medal in "Open Category" while PC Lo Kin-leung was ranked 14th. PC Cheung Kam-tong was in seventh position in "Junior Category" and PC Ko Fuk-ming was eighth in "Senior Category". SGT Lee Ching-cheung was 4th in the "Senior Category". WPC Han Wing-yee won the Bronze medal in the "Junior Categroy" Race and Li Yin-ping was 4th in the "Open Category" Race.
