During a visit to the Marine Region, the visitors, accompanied by volunteers of the Sea Cadet Corps, were taken on a guided tour of the Regional Command and Control Centre and the Region's advanced equipment. They also gained an insight into some aspects of marine policing.

In a thank-you letter to the Force, the Founder Chairman, Ms Miami Wu, said the Foundation was utterly grateful to the Marine Police for instigating the visit and giving the children a red carpet treatment. She also thanked the officers concerned for organising the visit and giving the children a warm reception and caring attention.
