"On the Beat" to be re-run

Having missed the drama series, "On the Beat"? No problem. Starting from December 2, ATV-Home will re-run this award-winning Police television docu-drama every Tuesday night at 7 pm.

"On the Beat" was received favourably by the community with an average of 1.24 million viewers when it was first broadcast this January. The first episode of the drama, "The Suddenness of Life", also won the Silver Plaque at the 39th Chicago International Television Awards.

This Police-Radio Television Hong Kong production aims at further enhancing the image of the Force and promoting public understanding of Police work with a view to encouraging the public to help Police fight crime.
