Enhancements to CPC, COC
Several enhancements have been made to the Commissioner's Commendation (CPC) and Commanding Officer's Commendation (COC) certificates, following a review of the formats, the paper and the frames used, on the request of Major Formation Commanders. The enhancements are as follows:
* A new type of paper - silver grey in colour - will be used.
* The certificates will be mounted in a larger silver coloured frame with an inner dark blue border.
* Some minor changes to the contents of the certificates.
The same type of paper and frame will be used for both CPC and COC.
The new certificates will be used for CPC or COC signed after April 1. MFCs (TSRO) may contact CSO PSTORES for collection of the COC certificates and frames from April 15. A memo and GF 277s are required for each collection specifying the number required and the date of the presentation ceremony.
To ensure uniformity, a template for preparation of the COC will be issued.
