Officiating at the event were SMP District Commander Choy Kin-cheung, Chairman of Kwun Tong District Council, Mr Chan Chun-bun, and 10 JPC Honorary Presidents.

The carnival was well received by the local residents. The Robocop III was also on hand to promote fight crime message to youngsters.
