News has been received that retired Chief Superintendent Robert Charles Toal passed away in the UK on July 24. Funeral took place in Cheltenham on July 30. Mr Toal is survived by his wife, Ellie.
Affectionately known as Bob, Mr Toal had served in many postings, including Western District Commander prior to retirement.
