The deadlines for applications are September 15 for secondary six and seven, and September 30 for tertiary level, compassionate cases and the disability category. Later applications will not be entertained.

Application for scholarships and bursaries should be made on the prescribed form which can be obtained from Personnel Services & Staff Relations Branch Headquarters, Regional Welfare Offices, offices of Training and Staff Relations Officers, or downloaded from the Personnel Services & Staff Relations Branch website in Police Intranet (POINT) or Hong Kong Police Internet Homepage. Applications for grants for disabled children and compassionate cases should be made through Regional Welfare Offices.

Completed application forms with supporting documents should be addressed to the Secretariat, PCET and PE&WT, c/o Personnel Services & Staff Relations Branch as follows:
