Lecture on One Country, Two Systems
Deputy Commissioner (Operations) Tang King-shing gave a lecture on "One Country but Two Systems in Hong Kong" in Beijing on August 26.
The lecture is part of the International Symposium Course 2004 organised by the College of Defence Studies of National Defence University. Representatives from the People's Liberation Army as well as members of police forces and national defence units of many countries attended the lecture.
