The owner had his car damaged by a piece of bamboo falling from height in a carpark in Lok Man Sun Chuen, Hunghom. Soon after a report was made to HHDIV, both uniformed and plainclothes officers arrived at the scene, and quickly located the owner of the bamboo from the many households in the estate. |
