Congratulating the award-recipients at the presentation ceremonies, Kowloon East Regional Commander Kevan Cooper said they had seen many changes during their long service in the Force, and that their loyalty and efforts had helped to enhance the Force's reputation as a professional and well-disciplined organisation in the eyes of not only the community, but also overseas police forces and government organisations.
