New contractor appointed

The HK Consumer Product Supply Services Association Limited (HKCPSSA) has been selected as the new contractor for supplying electrical and household appliances to Force members from November 15 this year to November 14, 2006.

HKCPSSA has pledged that once an order has been confirmed, it will provide the following services:

* Goods will be delivered within one to four working days, subject to stock availability, and

* Products with defects can be returned or replaced within seven days of receipt without extra cost.

Enquiries about products and orders can be made by calling the contractor's customer service hotline 2493-3344 between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, and between 9am and 6pm on Saturday.
