The annual Police Tenpin Bowling Individual Championship Competition-cum-Selection of Force Representatives for 2005/2006 will be held at Police Sports and Recreation Club in February and March. The times and dates of the events are as follows: Feb 22 and Mar 1 & 8 (Tuesday) noon - 2pm & 2pm - 4pm Feb 23 and Mar 2 & 9 (Wednesday) noon - 2pm & 2pm - 4pm Feb 25 and Mar 4 & 11 (Friday) 6pm - 8pm & 8pm -10pm All members of the Force, including regular and auxiliary officers, civilian staff and traffic wardens, are welcome to join the event. They are required to report to the duty marshal 15 minutes before starting time for registration. Only an entry fee at $30 and membership fee at $10 will be charged. Participants can take any number of attempts and each attempt will be $60 for four games. Entries will be on a first-come-first-served basis and ladies will have 10 points handicap for each game. The top 23 officers with the highest total pinfalls and the champion of 2004/2005 would be qualified for the final round to be held at the same venue at noon on Tuesday, March 22 (Check-in between 11:15 am and 11:30 am). The game fee for final will be $80 for 12 games.
