Health check-up available at corporate rate

To promote health awareness as part of the Force's Healthy Lifestyle Strategy, Support Group, Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch have arranged a package for Force members and their next-of-kin to take health check-ups at corporate rate at four health care service providers, with effect until February 14, 2006.

The service providers are Health Maintenance Medical Practice Limited, Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, St. Paul's Hospital and United Medical Practice. They charge from $520 to $3,600 for various programmes. Officers may make appointment direct with the service provider concerned.
