IPCC members visit Tsuen Wan |

Five members of the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC), Dr Lo Wing-lok, Dr Shum Ping-shiu, Mr Daniel Cham Ka-hung, Dr Charles Koo Ming-yan, and Dr Tse Tak-fu, visited traffic blackspots in Tsuen Wan on February 28, and talked to officers about the difficulties they encountered during anti-jaywalking operations. Besides the site visit, the IPCC members were aslo briefed on the policing strategies in Tsuen Wan Police District. Accompanying the visitors were Assistant Commissioner (Service Quality) Wong Doon-yee, Complaints & Internal Investigations Branch (C&IIB) Chief Superintendent Wong Fook-chuen, and Tsuen Wan District Operations Officer Ian Clark. The visit was organised by C&IIB as part of a programme to further enhance IPCC members' understanding of frontline policing.
