Officers commended for saving lives at sea
Director of Marine Tsui Shung-yiu last month presented commendations to eight officers in recognition of their bravery in saving lives in Hong Kong waters last year.
The officers are Station Sergeant Hon Yiu-wang from KTDIV, Sergeant Cheng Yik-pong from EU KW, Senior Police Constables Shek Ping-kuen from MEDIV and Lam Tak-tin from MNDIV, and Police Constables Fan Yuk-sing from WTSDIV, Ko Tak-sing from MEDIV, Yip Chi-keung from ITP LB, and Ho Ka-wah from CCDIV. Altogether they have saved two women, two men and a sailor from a capsized vessel.
