At the seminar, Mr Eddie Ng, a renowned HR professional and Chairman of the International Committee of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, shared with the audience his experience of Workforce Mindset Management by using empirical examples of both public and private sectors.

He introduced the modern personnel management concepts vis-a-vis the reality in Hong Kong, broadly outlining the possibilities and benefits of the employee mindset management. He also highlighted contemporary challenges and recommended solutions as references to what the Force has pledged to achieve under its Strategic Action Plan.

The seminar was well received by the audience, which included the Commissioner and several SDG members.
