Police Adventure Club will hold an indoor rowing competition during the Healthy Lifestyle Carnival at PSRC on August 7, featuring events for both individuals and teams. For individuals, there will be an open race of 2,000m. Team relay events will be 4x500m (for men only), 2x500m (for women only) and a long distance race for a six-member team with at least one male and one female member.
