Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai presented promotion letters to 12 officers at a ceremony held at Police Headquarters on August 19.

Promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendent are Mr Lo Wai-chung and Mr Chung Hung-fung; to Senior Superintendent are Mr Peter Barnes, Mr Paul Lau, Mr Lau Chun-keung and Mr Yeung Fu-yiu, and to Superintendent are Mr Lui See-lung, Mr Peter Donohue, Mr Wong Hon-kwan, Ms Leung Wai-shan, Mr Kan Tat-on and Ms Leung Ka-mei.

Mr Lui Hon-kwok, who has been promoted to Senior Superintendent, will receive his promotion letter on his return from leave.
