Courtesy call
The Political Commissar of the Guangdong Provincial Border Defence Bureau, Mr Heng Zhangfu (upper), recently led a nine-member delegation to pay a courtesy call on Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of the Brunei Police, Pehin Zainuddin Jalani, accompanied by six of his senior officers, also paid a courtesy call on Mr Lee.
