The 1st English Conversation Circle got off to a good start on August 1 at PSRC when officers and their families practised their English with both serving expatriate and local officers sitting on the Police English Club's Executive Committee. The club's Honorary Chairman, Mr Mike Dowie, was on hand to show his support for the one-and-half-hour practice session, during which various topics were discussed in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The next session will be held at the same venue in the evening of September 5. Club members wishing to improve their language skills are welcome.
