The manager said the works progress of his company's Shenzhen Western Corridor had been affected by rampant stealing of metal material from barges moored in the water off Lau Fau Shan, but as a result of the officers' co-ordination, planning and efforts, four Mainland boat people were arrested and 100 kg of metal were recovered, having created a deterrent for other Mainland boat people preying on the company's property. On behalf of his company and the site management, the manager thanked the officers for their painstaking investigations, excellent performance and professionalism. |
