DPC Chiu Kwok-kwong of DVIT TSTDIV	Tourist	In a letter to DVC TSTDIV, the tourist pointed out that PC Chiu was not only professional but also kind and patient, with full understanding of how traumatic an experience she had when her handbag and valuables were stolen in a shop in Tsim Sha Tsui. "He is an honour to the Hong Kong Police," the tourist noted.
SIP Ng Shu-hung, SSGT Wong Kwok-wing, and PCs Tang Kwok-yin, Wong Oi-wah, Wong Wai-kit and Lun Yiu-kin, all from PSU 4 KTDIV	Secondary school principal	The school principal said the officers were efficient and professional in investigating a burglary and arresting a suspect.
SGT Ho Wing-keung of DIT 4 KTDIV	Local bank	The bank thanked SGT Ho for swiftly resolving a credit card theft case and arresting a suspect.
PC Cheng Hung-fai of PSU 2 CPKDIV	Motorist	The motorist had a flat tyre on the Tuen Mun Highway while travelling with his wife and daughters at night. Owing to heavy traffic and being unable to call for towing service, he made a report to the police. On arrival at the scene, PC Cheng and his colleague first moved the family to a safe place, directed the traffic and then tried to replace the flat tyre, but to no avail. Eventually, PC Cheng managed to call in towing service. In a letter to CP, the motorist said PC Cheng was courteous and helpful and showed professionalism even in a minor case.
PCs Tai Sheung-king and Ho Chi-leung of PSU 2 NPDIV	Local resident	The resident thanked the officers for locating her father in Victoria Park after the latter had wandered off from a home for the elderly. The resident also appreciated the officers' assistance in sending her father back to the elderly home after he had his leg fractured during the incident.
PC Lee Tin-yau of AIT 5 I&S T NTN	Motorist	The motorist said he was the aggrieved party in a traffic accident, but thanks to PC Lee's professional investigation, objective analysis and explanation, the parties involved in the accident settled the case amicably.
PC Wong Wing-lun of MESU ABDIV	Local resident	The resident complimented PC Wong's efficiency in tracking down a man who had harassed her on the telephone over a long period of time. When she reported the case to the police she held little hope for lack of clues, but PC Wong's efforts and professionalism finally brought the case to a successful conclusion.
WSGT Sham Wai-Yee of PSU 4 TWSDIV and PCs Chan Siu-ki and Lo Man-tat of PSU 1 TWSDIV	A property management company and a local resident	Both the PSU 1 and 4 received complimentary letters from the public for a job well done. In the first case, the company praised WSGT Sham and PC Chan for displaying patience and courtesy in resolving a dispute inside its office. In the second case, the resident thanked PCs Lo and Chan for bringing a family dispute involving her husband to a "happy ending".
PC Ho Wai-lun of E&C SRN NTN	Motorist	The motorist said he was involved in a traffic accident on a highway in Yuen Long, and later was able to leave the scene safely and without further loss, after PC Ho had handled the accident in a professional manner.
