Senior promotions
Heading the promotion list was Mr Wong Fook-chuen, promoted to ACP. Promoted to CSP were Mr Yu Mun-sang, Ms Chiu Wai-yin and Mr Lau Yip-shing, and to SSP were Ms Choi Yuen-han, Mr David Grant, Mr Paul Stripp, Mr Poon Suet-man, Mr Tsang Cheung-tat, Mr Chow Oi-wang, Mr Patrick Hodson, Mr Cheng Kwok-hung and Mr Kwok Ho-fai.
Chief Superintendent Mike Cartwright, who was on leave at the previous presentation of promotion letters, received his letter from CP on this occasion.
Thirteen officers have been promoted to Assistant Commissioner, Chief Superintendent and Senior Superintendent. The officers received their promotion letters from Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai at a ceremony at Police Headquarters on April 28.
