ROSL thanks CP over visit
A disadvantaged group of the local community - some members of the Hong Kong Federation of the Blind (HKFB), with the assistance of the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL), immensely enjoyed their recent visit to the Police College in Aberdeen.
In a letter thanking Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai for making "such a nice arrangement", the Hon Secretary of ROSL's HK Branch, Miss Maxim Chan, said the Federation members enjoyed the wonderful performances by the Police Band, and the physical touching of the musical instruments and rifles and bullets. They also could hardly forget the Police College's hospitality and the delicious meal in the Mess.
