Force Careers Expo booth a hit
The Force's booth at the Education and Careers Expo held at the Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Centre from February 1 to 4 was a hit with visitors, attracting hundreds of young men and women, who intended to join the Force and wanted to know more about police work.
Besides the latest information on police recruitment and training, the visitors also came to know more about the equipment used by the police in day-to-day work. Officers from the Recruitment Division were on hand to handle visitors' enquiries and process on-the-spot applications to join the Force.
Throughout the four-day exhibition, officers from the Airport Security Unit, Police Dog Unit, Emergency Unit, Marine Region, Police Tactical Unit, Traffic and Weapons Training Division introduced their work and equipment.
